eculent is now open for reservations Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 to 10:00. We offer both Ala carte as well as a tasting menu. You can build your own tasting menu by using our app at eculentmenu.com (registration required to order).
We also have Ishtia our Native American restaurant which offers an indigenous tasting menu of 15-18 courses Thursday through Saturday. Please join us for an indigenous journey as Chef Skinner blends the whimsical nature of eculent with his Choctaw heritage. Ishtia was named one of the 14 best new restaurants in America in 2024, Texas Monthly named us #5 best new restaurant, and Chef Skinner is a 2025 James Beard Semi-Finalist.
